At Independence Village of Naperville, there is a complete array of home health services available to our residents that are provided by dedicated & compassionate professionals. Autumn Home Care is on-site with us 24/7 and they're Medicare affiliated. They directly employ, screen, train and bond their caregivers, which gives you the peace of mind and security that you or your loved one is in good care. We want you to enjoy an excellent quality of life, while providing you access to the personal help you may need to maintain your independence.

Personal assistance care is offered through Autumn Home Care. Services may include assistance getting dressed, medication reminders, having an escort to activities, meals and outings, or just having someone check in on you from time to time.

Skilled home health care services are available for patients who are temporarily homebound after a surgery or illness. These skilled services may include nursing care, physical, occupational and/or speech therapy, a home health aide, or medical social services. Your physician will direct this care and it is generally covered by Medicare and most insurances.
